2024 Aligoté
A very small volume of Aligoté (304 bottles) were produced in 2024.
Aligoté is a white variety from Burgundy currently having a renaissance.
We ferment in oak barrels with extended time on lees, using natural yeast fermentation.
Our debut release of the 2024 Aligoté is a crisp, lively wine with beautiful minerality and green pear and citrus notes.
The 2025 Aligoté will be released in mid-2026.

2024 Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir makes up 70% of our total wine production.
The wine is a multiclonal blend of grapes grown at 15,000 vines per hectare.
Natural yeast and malolactic fermentation occurs in 30% new oak for 11 months.
The 2024 Pinot Noir release shows an intriguing mix of cloves, rose petals and violets, stewed rhubarb and dark berries.
The 2025 Pinot will be released in early 2027.
